Client Comments"No matter how simple or how complex the task at hand, you can count on this – John Mohr will give you maximum effort and will get the job done right. My relationship with John Mohr goes back to 2002. John was an independent contractor working as a project engineer/manager for the same company for which I was employed at a facility located in upstate New York. This facility manufactures and packages oral solid and liquid dose pharmaceuticals. When I first met John, he immediately impressed me as the “go-to guy” at the facility. As I was preparing the scope of work for a project that would deliver a new multi-purpose oral solid dosage packaging line, it seemed that every question I posed would be answered with “Let’s talk with John Mohr. He’ll know how to best handle this.” The facility relied heavily on John, as he had several on-going projects for which he was responsible. It quickly became apparent to me as to why he was depended upon for so much – he simply got things done and got them done right. Fortunately for me, the timing was right and I was able to gain John as a project team member. This move would prove to be invaluable. On this project, John developed the validation master plan/validation strategy, which was no small effort seeing that the packaging line was a multi-purpose line that could package oral solid dose pharmaceutical tablets/capsules in square, round, or even glass bottles ranging in size from 30cc all the way up to 1500cc. We had over 350 product skews that could be packaged with this line, but John was able to devise a risk-based validation approach that was presented to and bought into by the site quality assurance/validation groups. John also developed all of the commissioning and qualification protocols for the individual equipment as well as the fully integrated packaging line, and he led the execution of the entire commissioning, start-up, and validation processes. This project would become one of the most successful projects completed at the site, a credit due in large part to the expertise and work ethic that John brought to the team. John's experience goes far beyond what I have described in this testimonial. I’m confident in saying that any business employing John’s services will benefit greatly from it. Expertise, pride, and commitment to doing the job right – this is what you can expect to get working with John Mohr."
